We use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
How we use information
The primary use of your personal information, other than directly in connection with a subscription or purchase, is to efficiently provide you with personalized, relevant information.
We also use registration information to let you know about new features or other offers of interest from us and to address customer service needs and requests.
For AI Visibility Audit and AI Citation Monitoring, we use the brand and domain information you submit to query third-party generative engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and crawl publicly available authority surfaces. We retain these query results so we can return them to you in your report and dashboard.
Automatically collected information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by GuestPosts. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the Service, to maintain quality of the Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Cookies
Cookies do not extract private or personal information from your computer’s memory; they record only information you volunteer to us upon registering or visiting the site. Cookies are small files placed onto the hard drive of your computer when you register at our website that enable our server to recognize who you are each time you return. We also use a session cookie to bridge sign-in state between the marketing site and the application surface so that signed-in customers see relevant content. Cookies can be removed by following your browser’s help directions.
Log files
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. These include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use this data to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Communications from GuestPosts.com
Special offers and updates
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify their email address and account. Established members will occasionally receive information on services and special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present the option to not receive these types of communications. If you are a former customer, you will continue to receive updates regarding our services unless you choose to unsubscribe.
Service announcements
On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service-related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. These communications are not promotional in nature.
Customer service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regard to issues relating to their account, via email, in accordance with the user’s wishes.

We share necessary information with the following classes of sub-processors so we can deliver the Service:

We reserve the right to disclose aggregated, anonymized user statistics (such as overall industry visibility benchmarks) to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties. Under protection of confidentiality agreements, GuestPosts may match common user information with third-party data to avoid duplication and prevent errors.
Our commitment to data security
GuestPosts.com takes every reasonable precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline.
When our registration or order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted in transit with industry-standard TLS. While on a secure page, the lock icon in your browser bar indicates an encrypted session.
While we use TLS to protect sensitive information online, we also restrict who can access user information off-line. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. The servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
GuestPosts reserves the right to make any amendments, modifications, or changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If a material change is made, we will notify our users about those changes via email.
