• AI Visibility Audit — measurement of brand citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and other generative engines.
• AI Citation Monitoring, Entity Optimization, and Founder Authority — ongoing services to maintain and grow AI Visibility outcomes.

The entire liability of GuestPosts arising from or related to your usage of our services, from all theories of liability and all causes of action, shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the six (6) months preceding your claim.

Jurisdiction

These terms are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Telangana, India, and any claim made by either party against the other, which in any way arises out of these terms, will be heard in a State of Telangana court. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision in these terms is invalid under any law, the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed, or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary, the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Disputes

Any dispute arising out of the use of the Site is subject to the laws of the State of Telangana, India, and applicable federal / governing law without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You agree that as a first step, you will attempt to resolve any concern or issue with us by communicating directly with our contact points fully before proceeding legally. If the initial communication does not resolve your concern, you agree to submit your dispute to the courts of the State of Telangana, India, within one year of the dispute arising. You also agree that the successful party in any court action will be entitled to the payment of its reasonable attorney fees involved in reaching a final order.

Privacy

We take all due care with any information you may provide to us when accessing our website. However, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information you may provide. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk, although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information securely.

GuestPosts does not guarantee or assure any specific AI engine citations, search rankings, or other discoverability outcomes. Our guidance, recommendations, content, and services are intended to improve AI Visibility and authority signals organically and editorially. GuestPosts does not sell direct backlinks, paid rankings, or guaranteed citations from any AI engine or publication. Always act according to relevant guidelines from search engine and AI engine providers.

You should avoid practices considered deceptive or abusive, including but not limited to keyword stuffing, cloaking, sneaky redirects, misleading markup, duplicate content, doorway pages, buying links, or spamming social networks.
